Amit Gupta

Amit Gupta is an experienced Learning and Development professional with over 15 years of expertise across various sectors. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Dayal Group since July 2020, Amit designs training strategies aligned with organizational missions and conducts training needs analysis to address skill gaps. Previous roles include Senior Manager - L&D at Leayan Global Pvt Ltd, Manager- Coach and Lead Trainer at Reliance HR Services, and Assistant Manager- Training at Tata Teleservices Ltd, among others. Amit holds an MBA in Marketing from CSJM University, Kanpur, and a Bachelor of Science in Botany/Plant Biology from Harish Chandra PG College.
