Shanice McBean

Shanice McBean is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Senior Learning and Development Manager at Prostate Cancer UK since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shanice held various positions at St Mungo's from May 2016 to October 2023, including Learning and Development Partner and Learning and Development Advisor, focusing on service development and client involvement in high needs supported accommodation. Earlier experience includes roles at GoGen from September 2011 to July 2015, where Shanice worked as a Trainer and Fundraiser, training new starters in a charity fundraising context. Shanice holds a BA in Philosophy from King's College London, attained between 2011 and 2014.
