Joshua Guthrie

Joshua Guthrie is an experienced professional in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as the Director of CX at Hello Bello since June 2020, where efforts have included expanding the customer experience team and significantly increasing customer acquisition. Prior to this role, Joshua held several positions at Clutter, including Senior Manager of Customer Support and Training and Quality Manager, contributing to the company’s growth and enhancing customer service standards. Experience also includes marketing management at RebuildUS and web development at Sympatico Media, as well as co-founding Global-e Group, where relationships with major clients such as Toyota North America were established. Joshua holds a degree in Commercial Music from Musicians Institute.
