Kevin Gast

Kevin Gast is a skilled production manager with extensive experience in the poultry industry. Currently serving as Production Manager at Daybreak Foods, Inc. since June 2021, Kevin previously held roles at Rose Acre Farms, including Pullet Manager and Pullet Farm Manager, where responsibilities included managing a farm that raised 400,000 pullets. Earlier experience as Training Manager at Sparboe Companies involved a role as Production Manager Trainee, focusing on a 1.5 million bird commercial layer facility. Kevin holds a degree in Animal Science with a Poultry Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a Poultry Science Emphasis through the Midwest Poultry Consortium's Center of Excellence Program. Additionally, Kevin completed Dale Carnegie Training in 2019 and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, expected to be completed in November 2025.
