Lee Klug

Lee Klug has extensive experience in operations and financial management, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager and Corporate Services Manager at Daybreak Foods, Inc. since April 2008. Responsibilities include overseeing master pullet and farm replenishment schedules for over 14 million hens, managing contracts with outside growers, and handling financial documentation and account reconciliations. Previously, Lee held the position of General Manager, where management of P&L, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives were key focuses.
