Mary Drewek

Mary Drewek has over 40 years of accounting experience, currently serving as Corporate Controller at Daybreak Foods, Inc. since January 1999, where responsibilities include managing the accounting function for a leading producer of liquid and graded eggs in the Midwest. Prior to this role, Mary held the position of Audit Manager at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP from September 1989 to December 1998, and served as a Senior Accountant in the audit department at Ernst & Young from June 1979 to June 1981. Mary obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Lubar College of Business, graduating in 1979.
