Alex Kaiser, MBA

Alex Kaiser, MBA has a diverse work experience in various sectors. In 2015, Alex worked in the Administrative Services department at Central Michigan District Health Dept. The following year, in 2016, Alex completed a Provider Recruitment Fellowship at McLaren Health Care. From 2016 to 2017, Alex served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Make-A-Wish Michigan, and later transitioned to become the Human Resources Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Alex joined Yeo & Yeo CPAs & Business Consultants as a Business Consultant, and simultaneously worked as the People + Provider Operations Manager at Great Lakes Psychology Group. At Great Lakes Psychology Group, Alex was later promoted to become the Head of Provider Growth. Currently, in 2023, Alex is the Director of Clinical Recruitment Operations at Daybreak Health, where the focus is on providing virtual therapy to young individuals ages 10-19.

Alex Kaiser, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Financial Management and Leadership Design from Wayne State University. They also hold a Bachelor of Applied Arts (BAA) degree in Healthcare Administration and Finance from Central Michigan University. Additionally, Alex has obtained several certifications, including Applied Scrum for Project Management from the University System of Maryland, Basics of Scrum, Agile and Project Delivery from Udemy, Klipfolio Expert Certification from Klipfolio, Social Media Certification from HubSpot Academy, and The Art of Sales: Mastering the Selling Process Specialization from Coursera.
