Armin Sommerhuber

Armin Sommerhuber is an experienced executive with a strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) and technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Services at Dayforce since January 2021, Armin oversees strategic accounts and HCM suite roll-outs across 30+ countries in the EMEA region. Prior to this, Armin founded and led ConneXing.io, an innovative AI-based Enterprise SaaS platform, and Konnexing HR-Tech Consulting, providing expertise in talent management and HCM solutions. Previous roles include Vice President of Professional Services at Unit4 for Asia Pacific and General Manager at Lumesse, where Armin was responsible for the HCM SaaS business strategy in the region. Armin holds an MBA from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Technische Universität Wien.
