Cristina Villari

Cristina Villari (Ricciardi), CHRL, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and HR business partnering. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Manager Sr. at Dayforce since February 2024, Cristina previously held multiple senior HR roles at Ceridian, where tenure spanned from April 2013 to October 2024. Early career experiences include HR positions along with financial accountability as a receptionist at Bolton Family Dental Centre, and contributions as a Human Resources Intern at GROWMARK, Inc. and the University of Guelph. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resources from the University of Guelph, completed in 2013.
