Hannah Soulard

Hannah Soulard, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and people management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals since April 2025, Hannah has previously held significant roles at Exosome Diagnostics as a Senior People Business Partner and Human Resources Manager from February 2022 to April 2025. Prior to that, Hannah worked at Agenus in various HR capacities from October 2015 to February 2022, and held positions at Hills Properties, The Alpha Group Inc., and Robert Half International, demonstrating a strong career progression in human resources. Hannah earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
