Evelyn Mercy Thiagaraj

Evelyn Mercy Thiagaraj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR operations and global supply chain management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant at Dayforce since September 2021, Evelyn previously held the position of Manager, HR Services at BHP from July 2009 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing payroll teams across multiple countries for a workforce of 70,000 employees and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. Prior to BHP, Evelyn worked at Lenovo from January 2004 to May 2009 as an Operations Manager, overseeing a team in the Global Supply Chain, and at IBM from January 2001 to December 2003 as a Team Leader in the same division. Evelyn holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation and completed secondary education at Assunta Secondary School.
