Gina Maddalena

Gina Maddalena is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Strategic HR Partner at Dayforce since August 2021, Gina also contributes as faculty at WorldatWork since November 2020. Previous positions include Human Resources Director for a government non-profit in climate change technologies, HR Manager at Canopy Growth Corporation, and HR Business Partner and Consultant at Business Sherpa Group Inc. Gina's career also includes roles at CHEO, Carleton University, Mxi Technologies, Alterna Savings, and Halogen Software. Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University and additional diplomas in Human Resources and Business Accounting from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
