Jennifer Mayes

Jennifer Mayes has a strong background in training and instructional design, with experience working in various roles in the technology and education sectors. Jennifer currently holds the position of Learning Business Analyst Lead at Ceridian. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at SilkRoad technology as a Senior Training Consultant. Jennifer also has experience as an IT Trainer at Prairie State College, an Instructional Designer and Microcomputer Support Specialist at Lake Land College, and a Graduate Assistant at Eastern Illinois University. Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Technology from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
