Joe Acquah Baiden

Joe Acquah Baiden is a seasoned software developer currently serving as Software Developer III at Dayforce since September 2025. Previously, Joe held roles as a Software Developer at Beanfield Metroconnect and as a Full-stack Developer at QuickSignApp, where Joe contributed to a survey creation tool with backend user management capabilities. Joe also served as Chief Technology Officer at EPICOM LLC, a health data start-up focused on creating a platform that enhances public health research and health equity. Joe's experience includes project management at GEOHealth West Africa Network, overseeing environmental and occupational health research initiatives. An alumnus of the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene, Joe furthered education as a Graduate Research Trainee at the University of Michigan in Environmental and Occupational Health.
