Laura Vandervelden

Laura Vandervelden has extensive experience in services programs and implementation within the technology and retail sectors, currently serving as Sr. Director of Services Programs - Implementation at Dayforce since May 2016. Laura leads a team of analysts to deliver client-centric support and manages daily operations to optimize service quality. Previous roles at Dayforce include Program Director and Sr. Manager for Client Support, with responsibilities encompassing project management and liaison duties between sales and product teams. Prior to Dayforce, Laura served as Store Systems Manager at Aeropostale, overseeing IT efforts for over 900 stores, and spent two decades at A&P as Senior Project Manager for store systems. Laura holds a high school diploma and has pursued further education in Project Management.
