Melissa Carducci

Melissa (Lazzara) Carducci, CHRL, currently serves as Senior Director, HR Business Partner for the COO Organization at Ceridian since May 2021, after previously holding the role of Senior HR Business Partner for Global Sales Ecosystem & Global Business Operations. Prior to joining Ceridian, Melissa held positions at TD as Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner in Shared Services and at TD Insurance as Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, GE Water & Process Technologies, GE Capital, and Heenan Blaikie LLP. Earlier in the career, Melissa worked as a Human Resources Generalist at GE Capital - Retail Consumer Finance and GE Consumer & Industrial - Lighting, and as a Human Resources Assistant at PJ's Pets Centres. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Program in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto.
