Shruthi Subramanya

Shruthi Subramanya is an experienced product manager with a focus on incentive compensation and data reporting tools. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Dayforce since March 2023, Shruthi previously worked as Product Manager at Performio, where the role involved developing a sales commission product to automate commission calculations. Shruthi's tenure at SAP spanned from July 2013 to August 2021, during which several key contributions were made, including the development of the Recruiting Posting Reports feature and managing the CipherCloud Solution Extension partnership project, which established security through data encryption. Educationally, Shruthi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from Atria Institute of Technology, complemented by a Pre University degree in Science from M.E.S College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
