Sweta Surisetti

Sweta Surisetti, MS, EIT, CSSBB, currently serves as a Senior Principal in Global Business Operations at Dayforce since May 2025. Previous roles include Director of Process Engineering at Interac Corp., Operational Excellence Manager at TreeHouse Foods, and Operational Excellence Engineer at FGF Brands, among others. Sweta has significant experience in operational excellence, process engineering, and research within the chemical engineering sector, particularly focused on sustainable practices in the Oil & Gas industry and surfactant chemistry. Sweta holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, along with a certification in Executive Negotiations from the University of Toronto.
