Toni Hume

Toni Hume currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Engagement Support at Dayforce since April 2023 and is an Executive Board Member at KeyMetric since January 2023. Hume co-founded KeyMetric Call & Conversation Analytics, serving as Executive Vice President from April 2007 until November 2022, where the company developed innovative solutions for tracking offline telephone calls to specific keywords and search terms, enhancing campaign optimization. Additionally, Hume co-founded Adoozle from August 2009 to December 2014 and held the position of Senior National Account Executive at Who's Calling, Inc. from May 2002 to March 2007. Hume holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Colorado State University.
