Vlad Melonari

Vlad Melonari is a seasoned professional in workforce management and human capital solutions, currently serving as a Principal Service Consultant at Dayforce since February 2023, where Vlad leads the implementation of Dayforce HCM solutions for clients. Prior experience includes a role as Solutions Engineer at Calabrio, supporting clients in EMEA with workforce optimization solutions, and various positions at Majorel Germany and Arvato, where Vlad managed and standardized workforce management processes across multiple sites. As a co-founder of "Jack Melon," Vlad successfully launched an e-commerce brand, while also having co-founded Game-Change.de, a trading platform for gamers. Vlad holds an MBA and has a solid foundation in office and project organization and trade management.
