Shaima Alghamdi

Shaima Alghamdi has had a progressive career in Human Resources. Shaima started as an HR Coordinator at Dayim Equipment Rental in February 2017 and worked in this role until January 2019. From February 2019 until January 2021, they served as an HR Specialist, and then was promoted to Human Resources Supervisor from February 2021 until January 2024. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as an Administrative Coordinator at Saudi Paper Group from October 2014 to January 2016.

Shaima Alghamdi completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Shaima has also obtained several certifications including a Leadership Development Program from the Human Resources Development Fund, a Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) from Bakkah, and various courses related to English language skills and Human Resources functions from SI-UK Saudi Arabia, Doroob, and najd company for training and information technology.
