Kate Underwood

Kate Underwood, PhD, PE, is a highly experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Engineer and Partner at Daylight Engineering since June 2023. With a distinguished military background, Kate holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the North Carolina Air National Guard, where deployment involved engineering responsibilities in Djibouti, Djibouti.
