Tess Anne Fox

Tess Anne Fox has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2012, they started their career as a Marketing Intern at Holt Renfrew, where they gained experience in media and partnerships. Tess Anne then transitioned into a Sales Consultant role in Menswear before moving on to join UM WW as an Assistant Connection Planner in 2013.

In 2014, Tess joined Rasa Restaurant as a Host and later became a Manager, showcasing their ability to handle both customer-facing and managerial responsibilities.

Their next significant role was at Olli Brands Inc., where they joined as the first employee in 2017. Tess Anne held various positions within the company, including Director of Business Operations & Finance, where they played a crucial role in building key functional areas of the business alongside the co-founders and key stakeholders. Tess Anne also worked across multiple areas such as operations, regulatory, finance, investor relations, sales, strategy, and business development. Tess left Olli Brands Inc. in 2021 after serving as the Director of Business Development & Strategy.

Most recently, they joined Daylight in 2021. Starting as the Director of Executive Operations, they quickly moved up to their current position as Chief of Staff in February 2022.

Tess Anne Fox began their education at McMaster University in 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business. Tess Anne completed their undergraduate studies in 2012. In 2011, they briefly studied at Aarhus University, also focusing on Business. In 2017, Tess attended the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Education, earning a Systems of Creative Thinking Certificate with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Currently, from 2019 to 2022, Tess is enrolled at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
