Shelley Tracy

Shelley Tracy, SPHR, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Shelley has most recently served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Daylight Solutions since September 2017. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at TRI-AD from June 2013 to September 2017.

Shelley has also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Naviscan, Inc. from October 2010 to June 2013, where they managed all aspects of the company's HR functions and was a member of the Senior Management team.

Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Pacific Cornerstone Architects, Inc. from July 2005 to November 2010. Shelley also gained experience as an Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Ericsson from April 2000 to August 2001, providing direct support to employees in various departments.

Moreover, Shelley has a background as a Human Resources Manager at VIA Medical Corporation from March 1999 to April 2000, where they collaborated with the CFO on the development of HR processes. Shelley Tracy, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from Capella University. Shelley completed their undergraduate education at an unknown time. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Communications from Grossmont College, where they studied from 1985 to 1987.

In addition to their formal education, Shelley Tracy has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Shelley obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2020. Additionally, they completed certifications in "Building a Coaching Culture: Improving Performance Through Timely Feedback," "Strategic Human Resources," and "Talent Sourcing" from LinkedIn in January 2020.
