Richard Stefani

Richard Stefani has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Richard is currently working as a Senior Software Implementation Consultant at Dayshape, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Idox plc as a Software Implementation Consultant from August 2020 to October 2021, and as a Project Manager from December 2017 to August 2020. Before joining Idox plc, Richard was a Project Manager at Dayforce for the entirety of 2017.

From 2012 to 2016, Richard worked at Blackbaud Europe Ltd as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed multiple concurrent projects and aimed to exceed customer expectations. Earlier in their career at Blackbaud Europe Ltd, they held various roles including Technical Consultant, Training Consultant, and Software Support Analyst. In these roles, they carried out data migrations, provided technical consultancy and support for Blackbaud's customers, and mentored and trained new team members.

Richard began their career as a PC Support Engineer at RM plc in 2000. Richard provided software and hardware support to schools in South Lanarkshire and was responsible for installing new hardware and software, setting up networks, and providing training to customers.

Richard Stefani attended the University of Strathclyde from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. In 2015, they enrolled in Free Code Camp for Full Stack Web Development, but the end year of their education is not provided.
