Tamara Harner

Tamara Harner currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Dayspring Homes Inc since September 2018 and is also a Medication Administration Trainer for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services since September 2020. In this role, Tamara is certified to train unlicensed staff in medication administration within community settings. Additionally, Tamara works as a Certified Investigator with the American Red Cross since June 2020 and has previously held the position of CPR, First Aid and AED Instructor at The Children's Home of Reading from November 2008 to February 2021, as well as serving as a Human Resources Administrative Supervisor. Tamara’s educational background includes attendance at Daniel Boone High School.
