Joshua Olorunmaiye

Joshua Olorunmaiye is a legal professional with extensive experience in project advisory within the energy and natural resources sector. Currently serving as a Legal Associate at Banwo & Ighodalo since September 2023, Joshua previously held the position of Executive Associate at Bloomfield LP, where advisory services were provided to companies and government agencies in oil, gas, and infrastructure development. Joshua also served as Team Lead, focusing on energy and infrastructure advisory. Additional experience includes being a Lead Volunteer at Giantfeet Youth House, a Senior Associate at TOLG, and a Legal Associate at Sefton Fross. Prior work includes litigation and advocacy at Idowu Sofola (SAN) & Co, and serving as State Counsel at the Ministry of Justice, Awka. Joshua holds a B.L. from the Nigeria Law School and an LL.B. from Kogi State University.
