Oyin Olanrewaju

Oyin Olanrewaju is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal at Daystar Power Group since March 2023. Previously, Oyin held the title of Policy & Legal Compliance Manager at ntel from January 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included designing and implementing a company-wide risk-based compliance program, as well as serving as a Senior Legal Advisor, where tasks involved structuring and negotiating business transactions, risk mitigation, due diligence, asset management, and corporate governance. Earlier roles include Head of Operations for Emerging Markets at FDHL and Consultant at the same firm. Oyin's educational background encompasses a Diploma in Governance Risk & Compliance from The International Compliance Association, a BL in Law from Nigerian Law School, an LLM in International Business Law from The University of Manchester, and an LLB in Law from the University of Hertfordshire.
