Tayo Tofade

Tayo Tofade is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Installation at Daystar Power Group since April 2017. In this capacity, Tayo has developed standard operating processes for solar installations and analyzed project profitability using key financial metrics. Previously, Tayo held the position of Manager Engineering at Daystar Power, focusing on quality assurance and low voltage circuit designs. Earlier experience includes a role as Research and Development Engineer at Concept Nova, where Tayo led a significant project migration that resulted in substantial cost savings. Tayo's career began with an audit role at KPMG and also includes volunteer tutoring in science and engineering subjects. Tayo holds a Master’s degree in Control Systems from Imperial College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos.
