Chuck Neary

Chuck Neary is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate at Dayton Aerospace and as Principal at Defense Industry Advisors, LLC since January 2023. Previously, Chuck Neary held the position of Director of Surface Navy Programs at General Dynamics Mission Systems from 2008 to January 2022. Significant military experience includes serving as Director of Network Systems Integration at the Surface Warfare Division (N86) within the Navy Staff at the Pentagon, Commanding Officer of USS San Jacinto (CG 56), and Policy Division Lead at the Joint Chiefs of Staff (J-5). Chuck Neary's educational background includes a Master's degree in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University/National War College, as well as attendance at the Marine Corps Command & Staff College and the University of Scranton.
