Fred Tokarz has extensive experience in the aerospace sector, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Dayton Aerospace since March 2010. Prior to this role, Fred held the position of ASC/EN at WPAFB, USAF, from November 1973 to December 2010. Academic credentials include a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed between 1974 and 1989, as well as a BS and MS in Physics from Western Illinois University, earned from 1967 to 1973.
