Paul Waugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace and military operations. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Dayton Aerospace since June 2023, Waugh has held multiple leadership positions within the United States Air Force since March 2011, including Program Executive Officer for Mobility and Training Aircraft, PEO Agile Combat Support, and Deputy Director of the Air Delivered Capabilities Directorate at the US Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. Waugh's earlier career includes serving as Chief of the Propulsion Sustainment Division within the US Air Force Propulsion Directorate and a tenure as a USAF Officer at the United States Department of the Air Force from October 1983 to March 2011, where responsibilities included program management and command at various levels. Waugh holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
