Rear Admiral Mike Roesner Usn (Ret)

Rear Admiral Mike Roesner USN (Ret) has an extensive career in both military and civilian sectors. Following a distinguished 40-year tenure with the US Navy, where Roesner held various leadership roles, including Rear Admiral in the Supply Corps, the focus shifted to the private sector. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company since October 2021 and as an Associate at Dayton Aerospace since 2017, Roesner also held the position of Associate Partner at IBM Global Business Services from January 2009 to June 2012. Roesner's academic background includes a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Michigan University, complemented by a graduate executive program in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan.
