Tony Perfilio is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in defense acquisition, legal services, and contract management. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Rendigs Fry Kiely & Dennis since September 2006, Perfilio provides legal counsel to defense industry clients on matters including Foreign Military Sales and export control. As Senior Associate and General Counsel for Dayton Aerospace since March 2011, Perfilio consults on various defense acquisition issues. Previously, at the Air Force Materiel Command Law Office, Perfilio directed a large legal team overseeing contract dispute resolution and legal support for aeronautical acquisition programs. Additionally, experience includes serving as Principal Deputy at Air Force Materiel Command JA and Command Counsel at Air Force Systems Command, where Perfilio managed legal operations for significant government contracts and R&D projects. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University.
