Alex Heckman

Vice President of Museum Operations at Dayton History

Alex Heckman has worked in the museum and historical field since 2000. Alex began their career as a Historical Technician at Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park in 2000. In 2001, they took on the role of Education Director at Carillon Historical Park. From 2005 to present, they have held two positions at Dayton History, first as Director of Education and Museum Operations and then as Vice President of Museum Operations.

Alex Heckman received a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Dayton in 2001. Alex then went on to pursue a Master of Public Administration from the University of Dayton.
