Allison Knight

Allison Knight has worked in or around libraries since 2009 and received her MLIS from Kent State University in 2012. She has held various roles in area libraries and at the Dayton Metro Library across many branches, including the Main Library, the New Lebanon and Trotwood Branch Libraries, and at Outeach Services. Her professional passions include early literacy, personnel management, change implementation, and community engagement.

Allison is deeply involved in both national and statewide professional organizations and has received her Certified Public Librarian designation from the Ohio Library Council. Outside of work, Allison volunteers her time on the board of the St. Anne's Hill Historic Society and enjoys exploring downtown Dayton with her young children.
