Ashlee Ward

Ashlee Ward, BSMLS (ASCP), MSHI, serves as an ETL Developer II and Business Intelligence Developer at Kettering Health since January 2018, specializing in Epic Reports analysis with expertise in SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, SQL management studio, Crystal, Logic Apps, and Power BI. Prior to this role, Ashlee worked as an EPIC Clinical Analyst II, holding certifications in clinical pathology and anatomical pathology, and gained valuable experience with HCLL web applications and Hematrax. Ashlee's career began at Nationwide Children's Hospital as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in the Microbiology/Immunoserology department, where responsibilities included handling various cultures and utilizing advanced instrumentation. Educationally, Ashlee obtained a Master’s degree in Health Informatics from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from Wright State University, supplemented by ASCP certification in Medical Laboratory Science.
