Harim Pena

Harim Pena is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Administrative Fellow at Kettering Health since December 2022, Harim previously held significant positions at AdventHealth, including Executive Director/AVP of Human Resources and Market Human Resources Director from October 2016 to August 2022. Harim's earlier career at Florida Hospital spanned over a decade, with roles such as Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included departmental operations, strategic planning, and employee relations. Additional positions held include Associate Director of HR and Human Resources Manager, demonstrating proficiency in recruitment, performance management, and workforce strategy.
