Justine Sauza

Justine Sauza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, community relations, and marketing. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations & Community Relations at Kettering Health since September 2018, Justine has held multiple roles including Manager of Governance and Community Relations and Senior Data Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at Pacific Union College, where Justine co-led fundraising initiatives, organized community events, and coordinated marketing efforts that significantly increased awareness and sales for various organizations. Justine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Pacific Union College and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, set to be completed in 2024.
