Rick Maynard

Rick Maynard is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on project and process engineering, particularly in the automotive and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Dayton Progress since September 2014, Rick has a history of improving operational processes and implementing effective maintenance strategies. Prior roles include Process/Mechanical Engineer at LWB\ISE, where responsibilities included updating stamping processes and managing preventive maintenance, and Process Engineer at JBK Manufacturing, where Rick developed procedures and fixtures for aerospace part production. Additionally, Rick has experience in lab testing at the University of Dayton Research Institute and significant CNC machining expertise from positions at Custom Manufacturing Solutions Inc and Miami Valley Precision. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton and an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Sinclair Community College.
