Janet Wirth is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operational management and financial oversight within the U.S. Air Force and related organizations. Currently serving as an Associate at Dayton Aerospace and an Executive Board Member at the Dayton Society of Natural History, Wirth previously held key positions including Vice Director at the 88th Air Base Wing, where responsibilities included managing a workforce of over 5,000 personnel and leading strategic initiatives. Wirth's background also features significant roles at the 711 Human Performance Wing, including Director of Operations and Chief of Financial Management, overseeing a large budget and complex organizational operations. With a solid educational foundation, including an M.S.A. in Business and advanced leadership training, Wirth continues to demonstrate innovative leadership and strategic vision in various capacities.
