Taylor Hoffman possesses a diverse professional background with significant experience in operations, marketing, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations, Marketing Director, and Site Manager at the Dayton Society of Natural History since June 2019, Taylor previously held various roles at Skyline Chili, Wilderness Agency, Oilerie Dayton, Hands On, Inc., the National Park Service, and Sam's Club. Taylor holds a Master of Arts in Public/Applied History from Wright State University and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology and History from Eastern Kentucky University.

The Dayton Society of Natural History is the parent organization for the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery and SunWatch Indian Village/Archaeological Park.
