Bettina Iddings began their work experience in 2009 with various internships and contract positions in the accounting field. Bettina then worked as an Accounting Manager at West Chester Protecive Gear and quickly advanced to the role of Financial Analyst. During their time there, they developed tools and processes that resulted in a margin increase and administered profit and loss reviews. Bettina later became the Director of Finance at the Jewish Family Service, where they led business operations and financial planning, and also served as interim CEO/CFO. After that, they took on the role of Director of Finance and Accounting at Community First Solutions, where they consolidated multiple not-for-profit systems and prepared financial reports. Currently, Bettina serves as the VP of Finance and Administration at Dayton Superior, where their responsibilities include maintaining relationships with external business partners and proposing metrics for financial reporting.

Bettina Iddings, CMA, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy, which they obtained from Franklin University in 2010. Prior to that, they received an Associates Degree in Accountancy from Miami University, completing their studies in 2008. In June 2011, Bettina obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Additionally, in November 2015, they became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), awarded by the ICMA.
