Ivette Damish

Ivette Damish has extensive experience in business development and sales. Ivette started their career at Dayton T. Brown, Inc. in 1992 as a CAD Operator. Ivette then moved on to become a Customer Support Manager, where they provided technical oversight and project management for graphic conversion clients. Ivette also developed specifications tailored to each client and resolved technical issues. Ivette later became a Technical Support Manager, overseeing project plan implementation and helping the company expand its services into the GIS market.

In 2000, Ivette joined Dimension4 as the VP of Business Development. Ivette oversaw business development activities and managed program management for all contracts. Ivette was responsible for proposal preparation and submission, resulting in over $60 million in contract awards. Ivette also assigned project managers, conducted program management reviews, and coordinated contract modifications to meet customer needs. Ivette held this position until 2012.

Returning to Dayton T. Brown, Inc. in 2012, Ivette served as a Senior Business Development Manager before being promoted to Director of Business Development. In this role, they coordinated business development activities and provided sales team management within the Technical Publications Division. Ivette collaborated with the Test and Engineering Division to promote full product lifecycle services in various industries.

Most recently, Ivette has been working as the Vice President of Business Development at Dayton T. Brown, Inc. In this position, they oversee and manages all business development activities, identifying solutions for clients and supporting the company's full product lifecycle services.
