Christelle Ferris has had a varied career, beginning in 2000 as a Receptionist and Reservation Agent at the Hotel Pergolese. In 2005, they moved to the Comité Départemental du Tourisme du Val-de-Marne as a Project Manager. In 2007, they became a Commercial and Coordination Manager for Seminars and Banquets at Paxton Paris MLV. In 2010, they were appointed as the Responsable de Centre d'Affaires at Centre d'Affaires Monceau Paris 8. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Business Table in various roles, including Responsable d'Équipe - Account Manager Team Leader, Responsable Events - Pôle Journée d'Études et Séminaires, and Senior Account Manager. In 2019, they joined TEAM BREAK, Immersive Game as the Responsable Commerciale and Responsable Événementiel. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Responsable Account Management et Customer Care at Dayuse.com.

Christelle Ferris completed a Bachelor of Literature from the Lycée Français de New York in 1998, a degree in Marketing from ISGP - ESA3 - Talis Business School Campus Paris in 2004, and a Master in Management of Tourism from the Institut Supérieur d'Etudes en Alternance du Management in 2006.
