Lior Tal Ashkenazy

Lior Tal Ashkenazy has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Lior is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Dazz since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Global Recruiter from September 2022 to June 2023, where they handled various recruiting projects and provided talent acquisition advisory services for companies such as Evinced, daily. dev, and Demostack.

Before that, Lior served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Simply (formerly JoyTunes) from January 2022 to August 2022. Lior also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Guardicore from February 2021 to January 2022.

Their earlier experience includes roles at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. where they worked as an HR Specialist from December 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they led multiple cross-regional HR projects, managed employee lifecycle and employee relations issues, and served as an International HR Recruiter. Lior also worked as a Recruitment Specialist from March 2017 to March 2018, where they recruited employees for large-scale projects, managed recruitment for entry-level training programs, and handled university collaborations and partnerships.

Prior to that, Lior worked at PerimeterX as an HR Specialist from February 2016 to January 2017, where they managed HR and talent acquisition responsibilities, implemented HRIS, and planned company welfare events. Lior also worked at Deloitte Israel, first as an HR Specialist from July 2014 to February 2016, where they led organizational transformation processes, managed recruitment processes, and handled HR operations. Lior then served as a Recruiting Coordinator from January 2012 to July 2014, where they managed recruitment processes, scheduled interviews, and coordinated communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Lior Tal Ashkenazy completed a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Political Science at Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2014.
