Rebecca Duckworth

Rebecca Duckworth is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various senior roles, currently serving as Senior People Partner at DB Breweries since July 2021. Prior to this, Rebecca held multiple positions at AA Insurance NZ from February 2018 to July 2021, including Organisational Development Manager and HR Business Partner. Previous roles include People & Performance Business Partner at Fletcher Construction, HR Business Partner at Mercury NZ Limited, and HR Advisory Services Manager at Mighty River Power. Rebecca's career also includes senior HR advisory roles at the Manukau Institute of Technology and London Business School, as well as experience at Balfour Beatty and MercyAscot. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Commercial Law and Management from Auckland University of Technology.
