Kathryn Oldale

Kathryn Oldale has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Kathryn began their career at The Prince's Trust as a Team Leader, where they held a leadership role for three years. Kathryn then joined Relate as a Project Manager, where they managed various projects and national service contracts using Prince 2 methodology. After four years at Relate, Kathryn moved on to Johnson & Johnson as a Commercial Manager. In this role, they were responsible for project management, bid submissions, and strategic growth opportunities. Most recently, Kathryn held multiple roles at DB Cargo (UK) Limited, including Head of Strategy, Policy and Communications, Head of Communications and Strategy, Head of Innovation and Strategy, and Bid Manager. In these positions, they led government and stakeholder relationships, managed sustainability topics, and oversaw bid management. Kathryn has a strong background in strategy, policy, communications, project management, and stakeholder relations.

Kathryn Oldale graduated from The University of Hull in 2005 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law. Prior to this, they attended Wath Sixth Form from 2000 to 2002, where they completed their A Levels. Kathryn received their secondary education at Wakefield Girls' High School from 1990 to 2000.
