Michelle McCarthy

Michelle McCarthy currently serves as the ERTMS Communications Manager at DB Cargo (UK) Limited since October 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at LightSpeed Broadband from March 2021 to August 2023, holding various positions, including Brand, Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing brand values and employee engagement, and achieving significant increases in brand awareness. Michelle’s earlier experience at TalkTalk spanned from January 2017 to January 2021, focusing on customer communications and marketing for the FTTP product. Michelle also served as Marketing & Membership Manager at Costco Wholesale UK from April 2006 to December 2016, developing local marketing strategies for the Leicester warehouse opening. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Hull, earned between 2004 and 2007.
