Wayne Miller

Wayne Miller has a diverse work experience, starting with their roles in the British Army as an Engineer from 2005 to 2010. Wayne then moved on to work as a Project Coordinator for Rhodes Explorative from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, they joined DB Schenker as an Engineer for a year before transitioning to DB Cargo (UK) Limited in 2015. At DB Cargo, Wayne has held various positions including Business Solutions Manager from 2015 to 2017, Account Manager - Logistics from 2017 to 2023, and currently serves as the Head of Service Design.

Wayne Miller has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Hons) degree in Business & Engineering Management from the University of Lincoln. Wayne also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Liverpool John Moores University. In addition, Wayne has obtained various certifications including Fit For The Future Change Leadership Programme from DB Cargo (UK) Limited, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 9001 Quality Management from IQMS-ISO Quality Management Solutions, Leadership & Management Level 5 Certificate from ILM, Lean Learning Academy Programme from DB Cargo (UK) Limited, PRINCE2 Practitioner from ILX Group, and SEMTA Apprenticeship in Engineering from City & Guilds.
